St Annes Park

St. Anne’s Park, which currently rates as one of Dublin’s most popular recreational facilities,s an integral part of the social, economic and cultural life of Clontarf. Being the second-largest municipal park in Dublin, this multi-faceted facility annually attracts thousands of visitors.

In addition to extensive woodlands, water features and recreational facilities, the rose gardens of St Anne’s Park are of international importance and are at their peak from June through September. The Rose Festival takes place on the 3rd weekend of July – a mix of food, arts and crafts, music and family fun.

Olive’s Room at The Red Stables is the café in St Anne’s Park. Local whole foods, freshly baked treats and a tasty lunch menu are available.
The Farmers Market is located adjacent to the Red Stables. It operates every Saturday from 9.00am – 5.00pm.

The park is extensively used by the public, as it offers 35 playing pitches, 18 hard-surfaced tennis courts, four boules courts and a par-3 golf course. There is also a playground, which is fitted with suitable units to compliment the parkland setting, along with a picnic area. Additionally, visitors will find a remote controlled model car track, located off All Saints Road, on the Raheny side of the park.

The Nanekin River flows through the park from the Howth Road to the ornamental pond, then to the sea.
